Dear Supporters,
April 29th will mark the end of President Obama's first 100 days in office.
It has been an extraordinary time in which Congressional Democrats worked with the President to move America in a New Direction and away from the failed policies of the last eight years.
But the next day, April 30th, is critical for another reason:
it's the final FEC fundraising deadline of President Obama's first 100 days. The media and political analysts will view our grassroots fundraising totals as a crucial test of President Obama's strength. I need you to
stand with the President and me to meet our goal of raising $100,000 more to make this the biggest April in fundraising history.
Help us make history by making a generous contribution of $35, $50, or more to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) today. In the first 100 days in office, President Obama and congressional Democrats have taken enormous steps to move America in a New Direction.
We passed a
progressive tax-cut benefiting 95 percent of American families. We enacted into law the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) providing high quality
health care for 11 million low-income children and we passed the Lilly Ledbetter Act guaranteeing that
men and women will earn the same pay for the same work.
But, we're just getting started.
Help us make history by making a generous contribution of $35, $50, or more to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) today. For the first time in five years, a majority of voters are now saying America is back on the right track. This didn't happen by magic, or by accident.
It's due to the hard work and fierce commitment of dedicated Democrats like you. And we need to keep at it.
We are just days away from the April FEC fundraising deadline -- please
stand with me and President Obama and put the DCCC over the top and make history with the biggest April in fundraising history.
Help us make history by making a generous contribution of $35, $50, or more to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) today.
