[DC-clf] Fw: Mental Health Events

Note  Dr jamison will be speaking at George Washington University. For those of you who dont know it Dr. Jamison is a out of the closet person surving Bipolar illness. She is regarded as an expert on mental illness and teaches at John Hopkins medical school. She is the author of  For those who have not been to DBSA events. The event is free but they may ask for a donation.Books may  be availble for sale for a booksigning. They usually have light refreshments but not dinner.
I have heard her speak on several occasions the last being at the DBSA conference this past fall. I belive this would highly beneficial for all consumers, and anyone interested in postively supporting consumers with thier recovery and move toward community intergration and independence. It certainly will inspire people who are struggling to move toward recovery.
I recommend arriving early and also forwarding this on to your health care provider. Dr. Jamison may be of help to health care who want a better understanding of recovery.

Dr Jamison is a much sought after speaker and former Board member of Drada and was if not currently on the National board of DBSA. She was keynote speaker at the Commison on Mental Health Recovery Conference at the City's Convention Center with over 1000 in attendence which was guided by then Court Recever Scott Nelson and Margaret Worthy then OCFA Director

CES 2009: Keep Your Info Secure with Data Locker Hard Drives
Data Locker is known for supplying the world's most secure portable hard drives. Their secure drives are designed to give you a sense of relief in the event that your data is lost or stolen. The relief or comfort comes in the fact of knowing that your data is secured by an up-to 18 digit PIN number that has to be entered onto the touchscreen of the drive itself. If the correct password is not entered by the tenth try, then the data is locked up safely.
