Despite being outspent 2–to–1 by Republican Rubber Stamp Robin Hayes, Larry turned the race into a photo–finish. This year, Larry has picked up right where he left off by running a strong campaign because, unlike Robin Hayes, Larry Kissell understands the problems people in the district face.
Republican Robin Hayes has continued to rubber stamp President Bush's failed policy in Iraq. It's time for a change and long past time for a New Direction. Larry Kissell will bring the change America and the people of North Carolina's 8th district deserve.
