U.S. HEALTH UNDER INTENSIVE CARE!

PROGNOSIS GRIM WITHOUT A MAJOR TRANSPLANT!

Despite massive intravenous injections of countless $billions, American health care continues to sink.  Needed is a major heart transplant, big enough to care for the 50 million without health insurance.  Currently that organ is apparently in short supply.  Why are we talking about this?  Because through the TENAC Hotline and many other sources, we are discovering many poor tenants, often elderly, who lack any kind of health insurance, and are suffering serious hardship as a result.

Still, national surveys show most Americans "happy" with their health care.  Are they also "happy," we wonder, with:

50 million uninsured Americans with no health care?

Health costs escalating to 20% of GDP, then bankrupting the U.S.?

Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security heading towards bankruptcy?

Storm troopers shouting down civil discussion on health care?

Doctors who feel automatically entitled to $500,000 annual incomes?

$100,000 Malpractice premiums added to physician overhead?

The Harvard School of Public Health estimates that without insurance companies, the U.S. could easily afford universal health care.  U.S. health care is the best in the world, except when it isn't.  Canada, Britain, Sweden et. al., are as healthy as we are at about half the cost.  Telling the truth about the critical need for health care is hard work.  Demonic lies by the defenders of "do nothing," such as "pulling the plug on grandma" are the work of morons.

Through inaction, the whole world was plunged into World War II; U.S. foreign energy dependency increased by two-thirds; and Big Bank USA put the U.S. into a fiscal and economic coma.   Through inaction, are we going to watch the U.S. health care system bleed to death?
