Hello All.

Attached is information regarding scholarships opportunities to attend the NARPA Conference and Alternative Conference 2009. Please spread the word and disseminate to all DC Department of Mental Consumers, so we can assure that everyone have an equal opportunity to apply for a scholarship, also note that if you have already received a scholarship from the DC Department of Mental Health, Office of Consumer and Family Affairs within the last six months you will not qualify to receive a scholarship.

Space is limited and time is of essence so please apply and encourage others who are interested in applying to do so as soon as possible.
