If you're in New York at Ad:Tech you can pick up the latest issue of Revenue. The first print run is hot off the press and being handed out at the show. The issue is a bit of a departure for the magazine. It's the first special issue entirely focused on a single topic - social media marketing. We have also included articles written by many social media experts including Charlene Li, a former analyst with Forrester and co-author of the best-selling book "Groundswell: Winning in a World Transformed by Social Technologies."

If you aren't at Ad:Tech the new issue will be making its way to you over the next several weeks. I hope you'll find the features that dig deep into social media marketing interesting and informative. I look forward to your feedback.

Best,

Lisa Picarille

Get out and Vote
I'm not going to go into a political tirade about the candidates or state and local measures that I feel very passionate about, I'm just going to state the obvious - today is a truly historic day in America, so get out and vote!!!
If you're in the affiliate space and wondering which candidate might help your business, read Scott Jangro's great blog entry on the topic.

Blast From the Past

In honor of the election being over, we set the way back machine for the May/June 2007 issue to see what we said over 18 months ago about who the candidates were leveraging online marketing. While so much has changed, the article is defiantly worth a second read.
