DC Vote is seeking a full-time Fundraising Manager to help us expand our development initiatives. If you know anyone with fundraising experience who might be interested in putting their expertise to use in the cause of DC voting rights, please pass this email along. The full job description is available on our Web site. The Fundraising Manager would be joining the DC Vote team at a historic moment. We are closer to achieving a vote in the House than any time in the past thirty years. Our programming has expanded significantly in the past few years and we are energetically working to end the Senate filibuster of the DC Voting Rights Act. One sign of our growth is our recent move from U Street to larger offices in Dupont Circle. We have also expanded our budget from $200,000 in 2002 to $1.7 million in 2008.
