The guide, Asking the Right Questions, provides useful information on DC government agencies that support and serve residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The guide also identifies key questions that people with disabilities, family members and advocates may want to ask during the Council's deliberations over the budget. Mayor Fenty has just released his proposed budget for FY 2010. The Mayor's proposed budget can be accessed at:
