Office of Disability Rights Oversight Hearing

The D.C. Council is once again beginning its annual oversight and budget hearing process. The Oversight Hearing for the Office of Disability Rights has been scheduled as follows:

With the District facing a large budget shortfall, it's particularly important that supporters of disability rights get involved in the Council's oversight and budget process. People with disabilities and allies are encouraged to attend the February 23rd oversight hearing and to testify or submit a written statement in support of the need for continued work to make the District a more open and accessible place for people with disabilities.
