Millions are expected to attend this year's historic inauguration. DC Vote needs your help to educate inaugural attendees on the denial of congressional voting representation for DC residents. Here are some ways to get involved and spread the message: Distribute Postcards to the President Stop by DC Vote to pick up postcards urging President Obama to support DC voting rights. Then, collect signatures on the postcards during inaugural activities from as many people as possible. We hope to deliver all the signed postcards to the White House in early February. Be Visible Stock up on DC Vote swag! During inaugural activities, wear DC Vote t-shirts, lapel pins, stickers, buttons, and temporary tattoos to show your support for DC voting rights. If you plan to attend the inaugural parade on January 20, we encourage supporters to assemble outside the District Building at 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.
