Obama and Sen. Daschle want you to have seat at the table

Divided We Fail.org--It's time for Health Care and Financial Security for all

The incoming Obama administration wants you to have a seat at the table on health care reform.

Tell them why we can't wait to fix health care in America.

There's an old saying in Washington -- "If you're not at the table, you're on the menu."

If that's true, then it's time to take our seats. President-elect Obama is moving forward with his plans to reform health care in America -- and he wants to hear from you.

His choice to head the Department of Health and Human Services, Sen. Tom Daschle, is asking Americans to share their health care concerns and experiences. Now's your chance to tell him and the incoming Obama administration what matters to you.

Show President-elect Obama that you're ready to stand behind his team's bipartisan effort to bring access to quality, affordable health care. Tell us what you think about health care reform, and we'll share your responses with the Obama transition team.

President-elect Obama traveled the country telling Americans he would work across the aisle to provide every American access to quality, affordable health care. And, thanks to you, more than two-thirds of Congress has pledged to join him in doing just that.

But Obama will have a lot on his plate come January 20 -- and many think health care should take a back seat to the economic crisis.

What we don't hear a lot about is how, for many Americans, these two issues are very much related. It's up to you to make sure the incoming Obama administration team gets the message that we cannot wait to fix health care.

There are 1.6 million of you out there -- and now President-elect Obama and Sen. Daschle want you to have seat at the table.

Will you take it?

Tell Obama and Daschle why health care is at the top of your priorities -- and why it must remain at the top of theirs.

After you take action, send this email along to your friends and family. The more voices we bring to the table, the more likely both parties will work together to get this done.

Sincerely,
The Divided We Fail Team
