They Fought For Us

Hello Supporter,

We're down to the wire, just one more strong push will get us over the finish line and bring us a new start in our country. And it's time to fight for those who fought for us.

No one knows how to take care of soldiers and veterans like other veterans. We've had years of a Republican Party that uses veterans for campaign props but then shortchanges them when it matters. So let's make one big final push for some great Democratic veterans running for Congress.

And we need all the footsoldiers we can get for an Obama revolution next year. Our country needs fundamental change, and we need all the Democrats we can get to give it to us.

We have some great candidates locked in close races, and with a little push, we can put them over the top. Please give what you can to support some great Democratic veterans and get a bigger Congressional majority to support Barack Obama:

Ashwin Madia in Minnesota, Gary Peters in Michigan, and Daniel Johnson are all pushing hard to expand our Democratic majority in the House. They have all served our country heroically and are trying to turn red districts blue.

We have an historic opportunity, but we need to seize it immediately. The final campaign decisions are being made right now, so we need to give our candidates the resources to seal the deal. Elections like this don't come along very often; let's give it everything we have. We can't leave a single race on the table, wishing we had done more.

Thanks so much for your help. It's been a long, long fight to put us in this position, and now we need to finish the job.

Thank you,
John Kerry
