As Barack Obama reminds us, these elections are about telling the world that people who love justice and respect democratic ideals can believe in America again.
The question is whether we will send an unmistakable message when we go to the polls.
The answer will be found in the outcome of nearly 30 key congressional races where Democratic challengers have a chance to unseat Republican incumbents who have provided unquestioning support for President Bush.
These are Republicans who have stood by while American foreign policy lost its way, making Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib symbols of hypocrisy and shame.
Last week, one of these Bush Republicans even called upon the media to launch an investigation to determine which Members of Congress are anti-American and which are pro-American. Haven't we had enough?
Donate one last time to support our values. Let the world know America is ready to lead again.
Polls show that
nearly 30 Democratic challengers are within the margin of error of unseating these lockstep Republican incumbents. A last minute surge of resources will produce stunning victories, while a lack of resources will produce only narrow losses.
We can't move America forward unless we move these Republicans back home.

The beauty and power of democracy is that people in thousands of American neighborhoods can act on November 4th to let people all across the globe know that the real America--the best America--is back.
