congressional leaders will hold a press rally to celebrate Congress'
passage of the ADA Amendments Act. More information is below. Please

Please join disability advocates and congressional leaders at a press
rally to celebrate Congress' passage of the ADA Amendments Act. The
House is expected to act on the final bill tomorrow morning and then
send it to the White House for President Bush's signature.
Let's turn out in large numbers to send the White House a strong
message to sign the ADA Amendments Act into law.
Time: 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17
Place: West front steps of the Capitol - House side*.
Speakers include: House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD),
Representatives James Sensenbrenner (R-WI) and Jerrold Nadler (D-NY),
Senators Tom Harkin (D-IA) and Orrin Hatch (R-UT).
