John McCain and the Republican National Committee have built a fundraising strategy based on accepting huge checks from Washington lobbyists and special interest PACs -- and they are very good at it. This month, the DNC decided to join our presumptive nominee in refusing donations from Washington lobbyists and PACs. Monday will be the first big test of this decision.
