   The DC Vote Tea Party was a resounding success! Even with cold rain and harsh winds threatening early in the morning, nearly 150 supporters came out to commemorate the 234th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party by calling for an end to Taxation Without Representation. Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton, Councilmember Carol Schwartz, the DC Shadow delegation and the Young Suffragists reminded the crowd of the day's symbolism and helped dump 'tea' into the Potomac. Also, yesterday's Washington Post had excellent coverage of the event, including a front page picture, and DCist posted a great set of photos (plus a video of the Young Suffragists singing "Do You Have a Senator?".)
