Clinton: Iowa should include more in caucuses DesMoinesRegister.com The Des Moines Register: "Clinton: Iowa should include more in caucuses"

Iowans need to figure out a way for out-of-state military members and night-shift workers to have their voices heard in the caucuses, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said this morning.
A man who said hes been in the Navy for three years asked Clinton about the issue at a campaign rally in Johnston. He said hed love to have his vote count in the Jan. 3 caucus, but hell be stationed in San Diego.
Clinton said she sympathizes because shes heard from nurses and other Iowans who cant get the time off work that night. Caucus-goers need to commit about an hour and a half of time; everyone must arrive at their neighborhood precinct by 7 p.m.
I hope you send someone in your stead to stand up for you, Clinton said.
