Dear Friends,
A few weeks ago, I wrote you about Current TV and the Alliance for Climate Protection's "60 Seconds to Save the Earth" Contest.
Well, the deadline is approaching. You need to have your submissions in by 3 p.m. Eastern (Noon Pacific) on September 12.
Learn the contest rules and create your ad by visiting:

The premise of "60 Seconds to Save the Earth" is simple. You create an original 15-, 30- or 60-second ecospot that either:
1. Showcases how you, or someone you know, is taking action to alleviate the climate crisis,
or
2. Creates an original, persuasive message that will open eyes, inspire change and empower your audience.
In October we'll announce 20 semifinalists, and then you and other participants will pick the winner, whose ad will be aired internationally on Current TV, featured in the Alliance's national campaign, and showcased on MySpace's Impact channel.
Even better, the grand-prize winner will receive a Toyota hybrid car, while three finalists will win Sony electronic products, and 16 semi-finalists will receive T-Mobile Sidekicks.
There are only a few days left to submit your entry. So take off from work and pull an all-nighter. Just make sure you get those ads in on time.
