$1.5 million for our campaign with the help of House Democrats who matched your generous contributions 2-1, tripling their impact.
Thanks to you, we can keep the pressure on the Republicans all summer long. We can also keep mobilizing our grassroots Rapid Response Network to ensure that every "swift boat" attack on Democrats is met with a swift response.
We are putting your generous support to work right away. During the July 4th holiday, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is launching an aggressive campaign against the Republicans who consistently shortchange America's veterans.
Your support is helping us:
- Produce radio ads comparing the Democratic record of consistent support for America's veterans versus the Republicans' long record of neglect
- Roll out a series of Web videos against Republicans who preach patriotism one minute and then vote against America's veterans the very next
- Remind voters how Democrats are holding the Republicans accountable for their broken promises to America's veterans through highly targeted phone calls in key districts around the country.
