	Dear Phillip, Governor Dean has asked me to send along this video message. Scooter Libby - a former top aide to the President and Vice-President - has been convicted of perjury and obstruction of justice in a federal court. Even though the Bush Administration has a long history of steamrolling dissent and dodging accountability, our legal system caught up. See what Gov. Dean had to say about it here: http://www.democrats.org/DeanMessage There are still many problems with this Administration, but it's good that Scooter Libby's crimes have been dealt with. We've got wounded soldiers suffering in VA hospitals and healthy ones fighting in Iraq.
